On September 19, 2018 the CORUS Consulting company announced the beginning of the project on creation of an electronic document management system in Sova Capital investment company.

Process of work with documents was required to optimize Sova Capital companies, to reduce time of their approval and a statement by a regulation of terms and routes of approval, increase in transparency of process. A choice was made for benefit of KORUS|the solution "Document flow" created by specialists of Corus Consulting on the Microsoft SharePoint 2016 platform. The solution of integrator was proposed by Sova Capital the multilingual interface which will be able to support work of the Russian-speaking and English-speaking specialists working in the company.

During the project specialists of Corus Consulting will create a common information space which part modules will be: contractual the document flow, office which are (entering/proceeding) management of powers of attorney and organizational and administrative document flow. A system will allow to configure routes and to regulate terms of approval of documents, to organize their quick search, to differentiate access and to provide data protection, to control execution of instructions.

The project team integrates the solution with internal systems of the customer: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, corporate data bus and 1C system. The solution will allow to optimize daily operational activity of employees of Sova Capital and will provide transparent control of document flow at all levels.
