Federal Service for State Registration, Cartography and Cadastre (EDMS)

Daily in each structural division of service about 1000 documents are processed. Document flow central services is about 60 thousand units of correspondence a year. Therefore the management of service made the decision on implementation of a uniform geographically distributed electronic document management system.

By the end of 2008 the number of users of EDMS exceeded 2 thousand.

Creation of geographically distributed EDMS based on software BOSS-Referent: State administration. Originally the staff of central office of the agency became users of a system. Gradually all Territorial Departments were connected to EDMS. Now EDMS BOSS-Referent: The state administration functions in central office, in all 84 regional departments and in 40 cadastral chambers of service. A system covers all levels of an organization structure and over 2 thousand employees across all territory of Russia support work. Also, as a result of the held tender, the IT company delivered to Federal Service for State Registration, Cartography and Cadastre the general license BOSS-Referent: A state administration, allowing to increase without restrictions the number of users depending on internal requirements of department, without requiring at the same time carrying out new purchases of licenses.
