"The first BIT" automated work of the Kazan Kremlin

On September 20, 2018 it became known that First BIT automated work of the Kazan Kremlin.

According to the Federal law of 5/22/2003 No. 54 "About use of the cash registers at implementation of calculations in the Russian Federation", the management of Memorial estate addressed to The First BIT organization for rendering services in automation of a trading activity.

First of all specialists of First Bit implemented the software "1C: Trade Management" and data exchange is configured. Also integration of software into "1C: Accounting" was made.

The next stage of automation became – installation and setup of a retail store equipment:

• EVOTOR 7.2 smart terminals with the scanner;
• ATOL 90F;
• Thermotransfer printer of the Honeywell PC42t labels.

Souvenir booths of the museums of the Kazan Kremlin, the Hermitage Kazan Center, Showroom "Manezh", "WI FI CAFÉ" were equipped with online cash desks and registered according to 54-FZ.

In addition to installation and software configuration and the equipment, specialists of First BIT took comprehensive measures on completion and reductions in a uniform complex of all accounting system, work of online cash desks with the accounting program is configured.

Accountants and cashiers of the Kazan Kremlin were trained in work with the equipment and the program.

As a result of implementation the trading activity of memorial estate was completely automated. Namely:

• work according to the requirement of the current legislation is implemented;
• the quantity of the errors connected with a human factor is reduced;
• convenience of using of the equipment both to cashiers, and to buyers.
