Rostekhinventarization - Federal BTI, federal state unitary enterprise (EDMS)

Due to the rapid growth of an organization structure of the enterprise, there was a need to implement an electronic document management system which would allow to increase labor productivity of workers and the organization in general, and to establish interdepartmental cooperation.

For the beginning of 2009 in a system 100 users worked.

System implementation of electronic document management BOSS-Referent and rendering services of maintenance, the created solution. The organization of processes of document flow and office-work according to requirements of the international quality management system is performed. EDMS allowed to automate processing of correspondence, conducting internal document flow of the enterprise, control of performing discipline. Technical support of a system is at the moment performed, development of a system is planned.
