Federal agency on management of special economic zones (ROSOEZ) (EDMS)

By the end of 2008 the number of users was 180 people.

Implementation of EDMS BOSS-Referent in ROSOEZ. According to the results of the competition by the contractor of the project held in 2007 the IT company was recognized. As a basis of departmental EDMS the software package BOSS-Referent was selected. At the first stage the IT company analyzed the situation with document flow existing at that time in the agency and implemented the adapted version of EDMS under specific features of ROSOEZ. During 2008 works on installation and setup of a system in central office of ROSOEZ and four Territorial Departments — on Moscow, Lipetsk, Tomsk areas and the Republic of Tatarstan were performed. In each region about 35 jobs were automated. In the project progress internal consultations for all categories of users were organized and held.

Also the possibility of training of employees of ROSOEZ using distance learning was provided. The special module which is a component of a system and allows users to receive independently necessary skills of work with a system was for this purpose developed. Now EDMS functions in central office and Territorial Departments of 4 special economic zones and is completely ready to further replication.
