Before the company there was a purpose to automate the growing document flow, effective structuring and improvement of the existing business processes required a flexible document management system and business processes. The task of design, development and deployment of an electronic document management system was set for specialists of IT.
For the beginning of 2009 a system totaled more than 200 users.
System implementation of electronic document management BOSS-Referent. In 2009 development of the single system of electronic document management integrating all structural divisions of JSC Rosneft and providing their interaction at accomplishment of business challenges is planned. Based on Lotus corporate mail is implemented. Additional adaptation of a system BOSS-Referent under specific requirements of the customer is carried out. The system design is at the moment performed.
