On September 26, 2018 announced DocsVision transition of Administration of the municipal District of Ivanovskoye to electronic document management. According to the results of a system implementation project based on the Russian Docsvision platform time of processing of citizens' appeals was reduced by 20%, integration into the ССТУ.рф portal is provided and processing of thousands of documents monthly became simpler. In EDMS several dozens of employees, including the Head of administration who uses a mobile workplace of Docsvision work.

Work with documents — key activity of Administration of the municipal District of Ivanovskoye, all processes are supported with document packages. The aspiration to increase its efficiency led to the decision on automation. According to the results of competitive procedures the victory was gained Company Service TV-Info LLC, by the certified partner of DocsVision company. After successful testing of EDMS Docsvision in office of organization its development and replication began. For September, 2018 all activity of Administration is based on processes which pass through EDMS.

Management processes – such as control of execution of the tasks appearing as a result of accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence are automated. Scanning and storage of files, binding of different documents among themselves, full-text and attributive search is configured.

In 2018 special attention was paid to work with citizens' appeals, now a system allows to automate process of their processing at all stages. In addition the standard qualifier of citizens' appeals is provided in reference books of the solution, there is a function of convenient and operational export of these addresses for the reporting of the public municipal authorities to Administration of the President of the Russian Federation (ССТУ.РФ Portal).

The administration works not only with citizens' appeals, but also on requests of legal entities and with memos, and each of these documents is processed along a certain route. EDMS allowed Administration to process citizens' appeals 20% faster.

In addresses the possibility of entering of several correspondents in one card is implemented. It is necessary when the address of the citizen is redirected to us from other organization or is performed by proxy. In a system capability function of binding of addresses of the same character is put. In general, all movement of documents happens in EDMS that considerably saves time of specialists of administration in problem solving of applicants and preparation of answers.

Implementation of unloading on the ССТУ.рф portal from EDMS considerably saves time of employees of organization, releasing their time for other tasks. If earlier the employee spent about 2 minutes for copying of information of one address on the ССТУ.РФ portal, then using the unloading mechanism sending all information on 300 addresses from EDMS takes 5 minutes.

Specialists of integrator made thin setup of a mobile workplace on the tablet for the Head of administration (on Android) in EDMS Docsvision. Information arrives directly from the working database on secure channels of communication.

The effect of implementation of EDMS is not monetized in an explicit form, but is expressed in increase in process performance which directly affect quality of work with citizens' appeals and rendering services to the population.
