Hardware cosmetology — the direction which range of opportunities covers practically all problems which can arise with the person — from esthetic shortcomings of skin (a post-acne, hems, pigmentation, vascular asterisks, enlarged pores, wrinkles) before the expressed age changes (gravitational ptoz, changes of a face form, loss of turgor of skin, deep wrinkles, bryl).

Today the increasing popularity is purchased also by hardware methods of correction of a figure and local fatty deposits. On the effect hardware techniques are comparable with plastic surgeries, but at the same time have no such risks and complications which can accompany surgical intervention, and do not require such long recovery.

Advantages

For 2018 among advantages of hardware methods call:

• painlessness and security of procedures;
• the short rehabilitation period with lack of visible traces from the procedure;
• efficiency, in comparison with normal cosmetology, due to deeper influence on a term and deeper anatomical structures;

Seasonality of use

In the second half of spring and in the summer, during strong solar activity, beauty equipment procedures are not recommended to be done because of high risk of pigmentation. Also you should not do them in the fall-winter on the eve of the trip to the warm, exotic countries where eternal summer. After the procedure there should pass, at least, 2-3 weeks, and on vacation surely it is necessary to protect skin cosmetics with a high factor of photoprotection.

Types of hardware cosmetology

Photoface rejuvenation

This method of correction of age and pathological changes of skin is based on action of a luminous flux on all layers of skin. Light flow effectively stimulates formations of collagenic and elastinovy fibers. Using phototherapy it is possible to eliminate many defects of skin, to align its relief, to eliminate wrinkles and to tighten a face form. Also today this technique is widely applied to removal of pigmental spots and correction of vascular pathologies of skin.

Improvements are visible after 3-4 procedures, skin takes a well-groomed, fresh and healthy form. The program of photorejuvenation considerably improves elasticity and turgor of skin, promotes preserving of the expressed effect of lifting. Also modern developments of protocols of phototherapy allow to carry out effective treatment of an acne and a rozatse (a chronic disease of face skin of which they are characteristic reddening, expansion of small and superficial vessels of face skin, formation of papules, pustul and hypostases; a rozatsea — quite frequent problem at women after 40 years).

Laser face rejuvenation

The selectivity of absorption of the laser by different structures of epidermis is the cornerstone of this method, each of which absorbs impulses of a certain range of a range. At absorption of laser flows there is a transformation of energy of light in heat energy on sections of tissues of epidermis, and it leads to regeneration processes. Depending on temperature and penetration depth of a high-precision beam, the cosmetologist can influence these or those shortcomings and problems of skin, for example, it is possible to do deep grinding of skin to align hems from an acne, to smooth wrinkles.

The principle of fractional rejuvenation (the most nontraumatic laser method of rejuvenation of skin) is based on influence of the separated laser beam which affects skin in such a way that processes of active regeneration are started. Fractional rejuvenation of skin allows to fight effectively both against age changes, and against cicatricial.

Laser rejuvenation is applied at the most different defects of skin: a post-acne, pigmentation, superficial and median wrinkles, enlarged pores, vascular changes, skin with signs of photoageing and loss of turgor. The course of laser rejuvenation usually consists of 4-6 and more sessions with a four-week interval. The maximum effect occurs within three months. The rehabilitation period can be followed by skin reddening, insignificant hypostasis and peeling which take place within 3-7 days.

Radiovolnovy lifting of face skin

The technique based on influence of energy of a radio frequency in leather and hypodermic cellulose. RF impulses, passing through fabrics, cause a warming up of fabric structures to 65 °C, in particular, of collagen and elastin which have the proteinaceous nature. Electric field and the increased temperature stimulate remodeling of collagen and activate development of new fibers which create a framework of the person.

Advantage of this method — fast, effective and safe solution of many age problems of skin without the rehabilitation period. The expressed effect of lifting at the same time remains long — up to three years.

Ultrasonic SMAS lifting

SMAS (engl. Superficial Musculo-Aponeurotic System) is musculoaponevrotichesky the layer consisting of elastinovy and collagenic fibers, covering mimic muscles of our person. This muscular framework provides the clearness of circuits of a face form. With age the SMAS function worsens – fibers of collagen collapse and occurs so-called "gravitational ptoz". As it is shown on the person – all know: the circuit of a face form begins to lose the clearness, to creep, excesses of skin in the form of "bulldog's cheeks" appear, in nasolabial area "wrinkles of the puppet" lie, fabrics fall, especially corners of lips which stiffen in sad "Piero's smile". These age changes cannot be eliminated, operating only on level terms (skin), deeper influence is necessary here.

An opportunity to influence deep structures of the person using ultrasonic lifting became some kind of break in cosmetology (penetration depth of an ultrasonic impulse when holding a procedure is 5 mm, and other techniques influence at a depth only 1.5 mm).

The technique consists in three-level focal impact of ultrasonic waves on muscles and muscular fastion of the person. During the procedure the device using the intensive ultrasonic impulses creating thermocoagulation zones in a hypodermic and fatty layer, a term and SMAS models face contours. By the efficiency this lifting is comparable with operational face lifting.

After this procedure the rejuvenating effect remains up to 3-5 years, and lifting of soft facial tissues is visible after one procedure. At once it is recovered a face form, cheeks and corners of lips rise, there is a lifting of an upper eyelid and eyebrows^[1].
