Biography

Evgeny Stanislavovich Szhenov was born in 1981.

Graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (PFUR). Candidate of sociological sciences. Underwent advanced training in the University of Oxford (Great Britain), the Stanford university (USA), the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA) in 2008-2016.

In 2006-2011 headed department of the Public municipal administration, Institute of additional professional education of RUDN (DPO) and also worked as the vice rector in RUDN.

In 2011-2013 Evgeny Szhenov worked as the head of the Center of the RANEPA educational projects and the Center of life-long education of Institute of retraining and advanced training (IPPK) of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

From 2013 to 2016 was the director of Competence center and the director of Institute of quality of the higher education of NITU "MISIS".

Since 2011 is a permanent consultant of the management of Presidential Administration, Government Office, Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, heads of regions, rectors of leading universities of Russia in the field of management of education.

Authorized representative of United Russia, repeated winner of the All-Russian tenders of United Russia.

One of the management specialists conducting in Russia in professional education (DPO).

The organizer more than 20 All-Russian conferences in the field of management of professional education with participation of the Russian Prime Minister, members of the government and heads of Russian regions.

In 2006-2018 implemented the DPO effective system more than at 200 Russian universities.

Since 2015 is a coordinator of the state and international projects in science and education in Eastern Europe.

For 2018 member of expert advice of the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI) "Personnel for digital economy". President of International Association of life-long education. Vice president of IBSC Unesco. Head of task force by training of the Russian President Administration. The member of expert advices on additional professional education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, State Duma of Russia.
