"housing and public utilities of the Chekhovian area" automated metering stations water - and heat supplies

On October 2, 2018 Univef announced participation in project implementation on complex automation of metering stations water - and heat supplies of the city district Chekhov (Moscow region) on the Univef Smart platform. The resource supplying organization "Housing and Public Utilities of the Chekhovian Area" which is responsible for heating and water supply of apartment houses of the city and operation of the corresponding infrastructure acted as the project orderer.

Ensuring complete transparency of commercial accounting of utility resources of the city due to installation of all-house metering devices (ODPU) and creation of an automated system of control of quantity and quality of a deliverable hot, cold water and thermal energy for heating was a project objective.

The hardware and software system Univef Smart became a crucial element of an installed system. He is responsible for remote data collection from ODPU and individual water counters and also for consolidation and correlation of these data. Besides, in Univef Smart possibilities of automatic formation of summary reports on consumption of utility resources are implemented. These reports are transferred from a system to management company and MOSOBLEIRTS for conducting calculations and drawing of the corresponding accounts to owners and employers of apartments.

Specialists of Univef carried out works on setup and interface of the Univef Smart complex with all-house metering devices of utility resources. Separately the customer was given an opportunity to control the project course, namely, in the automatic mode to obtain data on objects of the ODPU installation and to control quality of carrying out construction and commissioning with photofixing of results.

For October, 2018 more than 70 thousand use services of an automated system of commercial accounting of resource provisioning in houses of Chekhov human. At the same time computing opportunities of a hardware-software core based on Univef Smart allow to extend action of a system to all localities of the Chekhovian area further.
