The Bryanskelektro branch created the unified information system based on the solution "1C:Enterprise 8"

On October 12, 2018 the Best company announced creation of the unified information system based on the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Power. Management of the distribution grid company" in Bryanskelektro LLC branch to Bryansk.

In July, 2018 in Bryanskelektro company the project on implementation 1C:Enterprise 8 was implemented . ERP of the Power engineering specialist 2. The contractor selects Best company.

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Business process management and IT processes
  • Business process automation

Project Objectives

Increase in effective management of the enterprise for the automated directions and expense reduction of the enterprise due to accounting unification became a main objective of development and deployment of automated system ASUTEPITP in Bryanskelektro LLC.

Project Tasks

For achievement of the goal the task of implementation of the following functionality was set:

• accounting and formation of the actual volumes of the electric power for reporting period (month, quarter, year);
• receipt of the electric power in Bryanskelektro LLC network;
• determination of a useful holiday of electrical energy in SSO network and to consumers of GP;
• assessment of the transferred electrical energy on electric units of Bryanskelektro LLC for reporting period (month, quarter, year);
• calculation and formation of the actual volumes of overflows through Bryanskelektro LLC networks in SSO network;
• calculation of the actual losses of electrical energy in networks of Bryanskelektro LLC;
• creation and maintaining the information database about structure members of network, about objects and elements of electricity metering of the electric networks of Bryanskelektro LLC;
• accounting of parameters and characteristics of measuring complexes, the history of installation and replacements of PU with a binding to a delivery point, partners, to structure members of network;
• creation of sheets of surveys and deficiencies lists;
• formation of operational, annual and long-term scheduled plans;
• implementation of business process of technology accession, with approval of documents in 1C: Document Flow, by means of setup of seamless integration of information systems;
• integration with external information systems: 1C: Accounting 1C: PAYROLL AND HR MANAGEMENT 1S:UAT;
• standardization of the reporting, normative reference information within Bryanskelektro LLC;
• consolidation of the reporting at the level of the distribution zone, Bryanskelektro LLC;
• formation of balances of the electric power by GP, ESO, SSO;
• reporting, provided by the federal and regional legislation;

Project Progress

During the project the following works were performed:

• creation of the uniform information database of the enterprise allowing to use all accumulated information about the production process course regarding accounting of rendering of services on transfer of electrical energy on networks of Bryanskelektro LLC, network topology, accounting of technology accession to networks of Bryanskelektro LLC and also regarding repair and investment programs of the enterprise;
• the organization of the fast and reliable mechanism of document flow for the automated business processes;
• increase in technology discipline of workers by standardization and standardization of the performed procedures;
• automation of labor-consuming accounting functions of employees.

Project Results

A system is accepted in commercial operation since July 13, 2018. The unified information system allowing to use all accumulated information about the production process course regarding accounting of rendering of services on transfer of electrical energy, technology accession, certification of the equipment, repair became result of works and investment programs, on a centralized basis to keep reference books, to use uniform regulations of works and algorithms of calculations that in turn provides operational formation of the summary production reporting.
