In 2015 the company "And + About Transproyekt" developed an information and analytical system of the forecast and analysis of a transport situation TransInfo which was put into operation GKU TSODD Governments of Moscow and is applied to assessment and the analysis transport of a system status of the city.

Information on a current status of the transport system on key indicators is displayed in automated workplace of Mayor (the automated workplace of Mayor), it is broadcast on Moskva24 TV channel, on air "Moscow FM", it is available on the portal of open data and the uniform transport portal, it is transferred to an information display board for informing drivers on roads.

Development of the additional information and analytical systems intended for monitoring of different types of vehicles and objects became a separate stage of development of this system. The first developed the Information and analytical system of monitoring of the rolling stock of GKU TSODD Governments of Moscow (IAS of Ministry of Railways). Basic purpose systems automation of work of the park of the mobile complexes of photovideo fixing (MCPF) by automatic formation of waybills, maintaining schedules, implementation of monitoring of the movement MCPF along routes, a possibility of data analysis of tracks and change of the main characteristics of the vehicles (V) is.

The information and analytical system of monitoring of the passenger taxi (IAS of MLT) which allows to collect analytics on work of taxi pools of the capital became the second, to fix and aggregate data on intensity, speeds and to analyze key indicators.

Thus, the single digital platform integrating in itself functions of both strategic, and short-term planning on the basis of operational assessment of a transport situation with a possibility of collecting, storage and data analysis about traffic, including parameters of traffic and passenger flows, road conditions, the operational entity of traffic (ET) and the mode of modeling of city traffic and passenger flows for the purpose of the analysis and development of effective measures of solving of tasks was created.

Results which were achieved by GKU TSODD, including due to implementation of an information and analytical system of TransInfo:

  • Growth of average speed of the movement and decrease in the road accident level. By data Department of transport and development of transport infrastructure of the city Moscow, at the end of 2015 in the capital growth of average speed of the movement is recorded (for 12%) at decrease in the road accident level (for 30%) and mortality (for 25%).
  • Quality improvement of the made management decisions for optimization of loading of a street road network traffic flows.
  • The alternative professional source of information on the current situation on city roads of Moscow is created.[1]
