The Ministry of Defence will spend 485 million for shadowing cadets on the Internet

On October 23, 2018 it became known that the Ministry of Defence buys means for access control of cadets of the educational institutions in the Internet for the total amount of 485 million rubles. Documentation on purchase was posted on the website of state procurements. As it appears from documents, in 2018 200 million rubles, and in 2019 — 285 more million rubles will go for payment of the contract.

Requests are accepted from October 22 to November 7, 2018, delivery of goods should be performed till May 25, 2019. The amount of tender security is 9.7 million rubles, providing the contract — 242.5 million rubles.

The name of a subject to purchase sounds as "Complex equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation control facilities of access for cadets and pupils of educational institutions of the Russian Defense Ministry to Internet resources (according to the specification)". Here one set of management tools worth 73.1 million rubles, 27 sets of means of filtering without special check and special researches with a total cost of 125.4 million rubles and 45 sets of means of filtering with special check and special researches with a total cost of 215 million rubles enters.

Also the license for right to use of software InfoWatch Traffic Device Monitor of and worth about 71.5 million rubles is included in the price of purchase, and it is about expansion of the current license.
