On October 25, 2018 Avaya reported that they together with Sun Com completed the project for the Interregional Kliniko-diagnostic Center (IKDC) in Kazan, the regional cardiological center in Russia. The solution for telemedicine and digital clinic was developed and implemented based on Avaya Equinox expanding opportunities for use of experience of each transaction thanks to detailed record of everything that occurs on its extent. This solution allows to provide training, support, consultations in real time with other medical specialists and experts and also remote consultations with patients – all this needlessly "personal" visits. AVAYA technologies also allowed "transform" process of internal communications of staff of clinic, having increased the level of availability of subscribers and having provided safe service of multimedia messaging thanks to mobile devices with the Equinox application. It certainly increases efficiency of use of medical resources and also helps specialists to make the timely, justified and exact decisions. Besides, the solution makes the significant contribution to learning processes and advanced trainings within development of the federal program of health care.
