Equinox is a product for support of communications in all applications and browsers, on all devices.
On October 25, 2016 the Avaya company submitted the Avaya Equinox platform for corporate communication and work.
As a part of the solution the optimized mobile tools for communication are offered, it will become available employees by means of the applications and browsers used in work. Avaya Equinox adapts and configured according to a profile of the company or needs of employees, by means of Avaya Breeze Client SDK. The platform functions on desktop PCs and mobile devices, can be used with the independent full-function Avaya Vantage device.
The solution Avaya Equinox is family of software clients of unified communications Equinox Client which functioning is ensured by a server framework of Avaya Aura 7 and Avaya Equinox Conferencing.
The main idea of Equinox Client – uniform user experience and a set of opportunities of unified communications on any device of the platform regardless of connection type. Equinox Client can be set on personal the computer with OS Windows or MacOS, the smartphone or the tablet based on iOS or Android and also to start in browser with support HTML5JavaScript of technologies webRTC.
