Biography

Was born in 1959 on the station Chumbeyka of Agapovsky district of Chelyabinsk region.

Graduated from the Kuibyshev medical institute of D.I. Ulyanov. Then in the same university worked at department of the organization of health care and social hygiene. Is a Candidate of medical sciences.

From 1993 to 1996 worked as the chief executive of Territorial Fund of compulsory health insurance.

In 1996 became the deputy chief physician for organizational and methodical work in Samara Regional Clinical Hospital of M.I. Kalinin State Healthcare Institution.

From 2002 to 2010 headed the Samara regional clinical hospital of M.I. Kalinin.

Since December 28, 2010 it is appointed to the position of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Samara region – the Minister of health and social development of the Samara region.

On June 19, 2012 it is appointed to the position of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Samara region – the Minister of Health of the Samara region.

On October 29, 2018 left a post of the Minister of Health of the Samara region. The Acting the Deputy Prime Minister of the Samara region is.

2019: Interrogation on criminal case about delivery of the nezaregistrovanny medical equipment

On August 13, 2019 there was information that the former Minister of Health of the Samara region Gennady Gridasov was interrogated within listenings on criminal case about delivery of the nezaregistrovanny medical equipment. During interrogation he expressed opinion that Valery Kirillov holding a post of the chief physician of Pirogovka (GBUZ SGKB No. 1 of N.I. Pirogov) in 2016 intentionally interfered with execution of the government contract by Modern Medical Technologies company which director — Sergey Shatilo — as of August 13 is on a dock. The ex-minister considers that the conflict between it and Kirillov became an actual reason of failure from acceptance of the iOpen tomograph which is in working order.

In October district court consideration of criminal case of the director of "Modern medical technologies" Sergey Shatilo accused of delivery of the unregistered medical equipment continues. The meeting began with replacement of the lawyer: Sergey Shatilo refused Alexander Paulov's services, instead of him Roman Zuev went into action. The defender did not begin to ask at once about case adjournment as interrogation of the witness on a video conferencing was planned. After the former deputy chief physician of Pirogovka Andrey Gritsayenko answered all questions, the lawyer Zuev asked to give him 14 days for acquaintance with case papers and to postpone interrogation of the ex-Minister of Health Gennady Gridasov, however the judge Yulia Lobanova refused to the lawyer:

I, of course, understand everything, but the diagram is already defined. I report for each court session personally to Kudinov because this criminal case is considered too long — the judge said. — Considering that at last the witness Gridasov whose appearance we long could not provide was, he will be interrogated today. I give you 10 minutes on acquaintance with the protocol of his interrogation.

The ex-Minister of Health of the Samara region, pleading at the bar, told about an old story of business relations with Sergey Shatilo. Acquaintance lasted since the end of the 90th years, and never any claims, according to him, to "Modern medical technologies" at Gridasov was not — neither when he was the chief physician nor when headed the regional Ministry of Health. And here the chief physician of GBUZ S SGKB No. 1 of N.I. Pirogov the former minister awarded with an epithet "inadequate".

In the stay by the minister I even dismissed him — based on all these deliveries — Gennady Gridasov said. — The inspection in which there were representatives of the Ministry of Health, found out that the equipment is in working order.

As you know, two leading specialists in area of radiodiagnosis and a radiology Alexander Kapishnikov and Alexey Yudin highly appreciated characteristics of the iOpen tomograph and even reported about it to the chief physician of Pirogovka Valery Kirillov. However the last ignored the conclusions of both specialists, and on the high quality device MRT which was purchased within preparation for World Cup 2018 did not begin to conduct researches.

In response to a question of protection of the possible reasons of such behavior of the chief physician of Pirogovka Gennady Gridasov said the following:

I consider that Valery Kirillov set the task for himself "all to punish". That not to implement the program (re-equipment of hospitals to World Cup 2018 — an editor's note). It actively reached for some reason "Modern medical technologies". For what it was made — not clear. And all this "ill luck" began since 2014 when made to Kirillov a complaint about low-quality work of hospital of Pirogov and that it is not ready to the FIFA World Cup — the ex-Minister of Health of the Samara region said. — And then, after 2014, it did everything that "remove Gridasov".

Also Gennady Gridasov told about deliveries of open resuscitation complexes for newborns of Panda (production GE Healthcare) complete with the domestic Flow medical ventilator. According to the ex-minister, Pandas are used together with Flows already many years, and a neonatology of the Samara region give them high appreciation.

To Flows and Pandas infantile mortality in the Samara region was 0.8% — Gennady Gridasov said. — After the beginning of use of these complexes it fell up to 0.5%. And I was surprised by the expert opinion provided by the investigator in which it was written that Flow and Panda together this unregistered medical product.

After completion of interrogation of the former minister of regional health care the judge Yulia Lobanova after all provided to Sergey Shatilo's lawyer Roman Zuev time for acquaintance with case papers. The next meeting is planned for August 28.^[1]
