On November 2, 2018 the Advanta Consulting company announced system implementation of planning and control of projects of Advanta in Emikon company.
Projects of Emikon company are characterized by a difficult cycle of initiation and take from a week to several months. A seasonal overload of resources, delays in supply of equipment and materials, the shortage of up-to-date information about the project status caused project management system implementation based on the Advanta platform. In the company projects in several directions at the same time can be kept:
- development and production of import-substituting programmable logic controllers (including: for explosive productions, the built-in systems centralized and distributed by an APCS) for the enterprises of all industries;
- "turnkey" complex automation of objects of pipeline transport of oil, oil products and gas;
- production and delivery of software and hardware complexes for automatic fire-extinguishing systems, station and linear telemechanics, energy consumption accounting etc.;
- completion of the operating PT APCS, ACS complexes (including lifelong service);
- production of modules to order (functions of vendor);
- training of specialists of customers;
- research work.
Project Goals and Objectives
Need to increase efficiency and to lower project deadlines at the expense of system implementation of planning and monitoring of projects became a project objective.
Project Tasks:
- receive the instrument of monitoring of the relevant statuses by KT-projects;
- deliver on control the timely order and supply of equipment and materials;
- increase performing discipline of project participants.
Course and results of the project

During the course of performance the project in addition to setup of a system and training in functionality of company management and ordinary users, a number of works of methodological and consulting character was executed.
