Education

In 2001 graduated from Economics department of the Moscow Aviation Institute majoring in Financial management.

Has degree Executive MBA Hult International Business School (Great Britain).

Career

Leonid Sirotinin began the labor way in 2000 in diversified holding of "RRS", having reached a position of the deputy chief of finance division.

In 2004 came to Euroset company where at first was responsible for the reporting under international standards, and later it was appointed the director of financial controlling and the corporate reporting.

Appointment of CFO of Svyaznoy and Euroset

In 2017 became the chief financial officer of the companies Euroset and "Svyaznoy", coordinating process of business combination of two retailers.

Appointment of CFO "ER-Telecom Holding"

In November, 2018 Leonid Sirotinin is appointed to the position of the chief financial officer / CFO of national operator "ER-Telecom Holding" (TM "Дом.ru", "Дом.ru Business", "ER-Telecom"). In this role he is responsible for all complex of the questions connected with financial activities of the company and investment planning.

Leonid Sirotinin has deep examination directed by effective financial controlling, project implementation M&A, preparation of the company for the IPO, implementation of ERP systems (SAP). Before arrival to ER-Telecom more than 14 years held executive positions in finance.

Within the next several years before ER-Telecom Holding company there are tasks of increase in efficiency of activity and strengthening of a position on the market of telecommunication.
