Mobile Brigade 3.7.1

On November 3, 2023, Desnol Soft presented an updated version of the Mobile Brigade application 3.7.1.

According to the company, the application version 3.7.1 optimizes the process of entering data from the account. Now, with initial authentication or when adding an account, you just need to scan the QR code, and not enter your username and password manually. The user will be automatically authenticated in the mobile application.

Release 3.7.1 implements the ability to enter the application using a QR code from the KORP 1S:TOIR

The QR code itself can be generated for each user in the system 1S:TOIR KORP and, if necessary, immediately printed. It is worth noting that such an authentication system is intended only in cases where authentication is used by means. 1C

Thanks to the transition to the 1C: Enterprise 8.3.23 platform (only such an opportunity appeared in it), starting from version 3.7.1, the Mobile Team reads and writes NFC tags directly inside the application, the user does not need to switch between different programs. These changes will remove confusion using different applications. After all, now it will be enough to use one thing - "Mobile Brigade."

In the release of release 3.0.8.1 1S:TOIR KORP reported on the importance of comparing the digital object of repair in the program and the physical object of equipment in a specific workshop of the enterprise. One working way to comply with this rule is to assign each real object a code that can be pasted (or otherwise applied) onto the equipment to then find the digital objects in the program or mobile application.

But there is a problem: in different organizations, repair objects (ORs) can be identified in accounting by different codes. Someone fills out an inventory number for repair facilities, someone works only with a technological number, and someone - with both. Previously, crawlers could encounter a situation where it is necessary to quickly find the repair object by the technological number, but due to its absence, the mobile application in response displayed an empty form.

With the addition of the ability to write NFC labels to the application itself, you no longer need to download NFC Writer

For the convenience of users, the 3.7.1 version of the Mobile Brigade added the setting - "What to use to identify the OP." This setting allows you to independently select which details to use to identify repair objects, as well as what information to display when scanning it.

Now each user can customize the application to suit their own requirements: use the props "inventory number" or "process number," or maybe both. The selection of the necessary details affects the display of information about the repair object in the crawler's workplace and determines the priority when searching for repair objects in the reference book. Now the information will be displayed as it is convenient for crawlers, and the search will be carried out according to the settings made.

"Mobile Brigade" 3.6.1

On August 16, 2023, Desnol Soft presented an updated version of the Mobile Brigade application 3.6.1. The application redesigned the mechanism for bypassing equipment, added the ability to view the statuses of independently created equipment defects, optimized the mechanism for working with NFC tags.

"Mobile Brigade" 3.6.1

As reported, users of the "Mobile Brigade" are, as a rule, employees of repair units who receive applications for servicing and repairing assets through the application and remotely report on their implementation, as well as crawlers who carry out routine measures that register operating time, monitored indicators and equipment conditions.

In release 1S:TOIR KORP 3.0.7.1 - the system with which the mobile application exchanges data - one of the key changes was the development of the bypass mechanism. Accordingly, the updated version of the "Mobile Brigade" provides support for all these changes.

  • Work in the mobile application can now be carried out not only according to the general technical chart assigned to the entire bypass, but also according to an individual technological chart intended for specific equipment (object of repair).
  • Accounting of the time of each operation at the bypass stage is implemented (the crawler no longer needs to read it in the mind, notebook or on the calculator).
  • When creating the document "Accounting for Monitored Indicators" during the walk, the system now automatically adds the indicators that are both in the selected task list and in the selected repair object (the crawler only has to fill in the values).

These changes will help crawlers using the mobile application to perform routine activities faster and with fewer errors.

"Mobile team" helps in the work of repair specialists and crawlers who perform routine measures. But the application can also be useful for production personnel - primarily for fixing the condition and indicators of equipment or, for example, for registering detected defects. The sooner information the breakdown is reported to the system, the faster the request will be processed and the fault rectified.

In such cases, it will be convenient for production specialists to see and track the status of the created defect right in the application: ("registered," "planned to be eliminated," "in operation," "completed," "canceled") and therefore added such a possibility in this release of the "Mobile Brigade."

Thus, now a specialist who is not engaged in repairs does not need to call the dispatcher or go to the "big" KORP 1S:TOIR to find out the status of the defect he registered. This can be done quickly right in the mobile application.

NFC (Near field communication) technology provides wireless data transfer between short-range devices.

NFC tag

Equipping technical personnel with mobile devices allows you to automate maintenance and repair processes and implement a number of tasks related to the use of NFC, for example:

  • Identification of repair objects by NFC mark. When an employee is near the equipment and wants to find him in the program, it is enough for him, using a mobile device, to read the NFC tag. The program identifies the correct object, and the specialist will be able to enter all the necessary information into the system through the application, which, after transferring data, will be displayed in the "big" program. This reduces the risk of input errors and increases the speed of data entry.
  • Monitoring of personnel presence at the facility (by NFC mark). In some cases, the organization of the maintenance and repair work requires confirmation of the fact that the employee actually arrived at the location of the equipment for the work (is not on the way or does not mark the performance "retroactively"). The Mobile Team also provides such control through the use of NFC tags: if an employee considered the corresponding NFC tag, then at that moment he is guaranteed to be at the repair site.

Previously, in order to be able to work with NFC, users of devices OS Android with had to install third-party applications: for writing - "NFC Writer," and for reading - "NFC Reader," because the mobile platform 1C did not have its own means for reading and writing NFC tags.

Now, with the update of the 1C mobile platform to version 8.3.23, it has a built-in mechanism for working with NFC. The Mobile Brigade supports an updated version of the platform, so the functionality of writing and reading NFC tags is now available directly from the application.

"Mobile Brigade" 3.5.1

On June 26, 2023, Desnol Soft presented an updated version of the Mobile Brigade application 3.5.1.

According to the company, the initial download of data from 1S:TOIR KORP has become faster. Initial exchange data with the base is often a long and voluminous process. Sometimes it can occur situations when an unexpected network break occurs, then the data download must be started again. Of course, this is not very convenient. To reduce the consequences of such failures, the process of exchanging data of a mobile application with the base: 1CTOIR KORP has been redesigned and optimized. Now, when the initial exchange is interrupted, it does not start anew, but continues from the point of the cliff.

Geocordinates of the place where the breakdown occurred will be recorded automatically when the defect is recorded. At some enterprises, for example, in the oil industry, there are long facilities - for example, pipelines, the length of which sometimes reaches several tens, or even hundreds of kilometers. To optimize the registration of equipment defects (breakdowns) at such facilities, in the updated release of the application The "mobile team" has been added the ability not only to take photos and describe in words the place of the accident, but also to automatically register the geo-ordinates of the place where the breakdown occurred. All this data is transmitted to the "large" CORP 1S:TOIR. Now the contractor, receiving an application for the elimination of such a defect, can immediately after being hired clearly determine the place of the accident and go to the task on the optimal short route.

The reliability of statistics on the causes and methods of detecting defects and the results of rounds has increased. The updated release enhances the ability of users to log faults detected during crawls. Previously, a user, recording several defects on a piece of equipment within one bypass, could only the first of them should be tied to this bypass, and the remaining defects were simply recorded in the application without reference to a specific routine action. Now the crawler can record an unlimited number of detected faults (defects) for each piece of equipment, linking them to a specific bypass. This makes the defect statistics more accurate and transparent.

The display of qualifications has been optimized. Repair specialists and crawlers can use the mobile application on both a tablet and a smartphone. It is known that each device has its own screen characteristics, respectively, and the display of information when using the application depending on the device may differ. In this regard, in previous versions, users of the "Mobile Team" could have difficulties filling out qualifications in the "Act on the performance of the stage of work," especially if the first symbols of the name of the qualifications were similar. The updated version optimizes the display of the qualification name in the work form and in the selection form - now the names are fully visible in screens of any size.

"Mobile Brigade" 3.4.1

On March 24, 2023, Desnol Soft presented an updated version of the Mobile Brigade application 3.4.1.

According to the company, upon completion of all work on the repair request in the Mobile Team, an employee of the repair service creates an "Act on the performance of the work stage." In this act, the specialist fills out his material and labor costs, if necessary, attaches photo or video files.

Earlier, to capture data on the fact of the work performed, the specialist had to switch between several screens of the application, filling in the data required a few unnecessary actions from the user. To optimize the completion of the act and the convenience of working with the application, in this release the developers made the ability to fill out the form available "in one window."

Now the user can quickly access the list of repairs (technological operations) in one form and, having disclosed the desired operation, in the same form see the qualification of the performer and the field for entering data for a specific employee. Directly in the form of repair work, the material and labor costs associated with them are also now displayed.

In the system: 1CTOIR KORP can take into account the time of technological operations performed as part of the repair not only sequentially, but also in parallel. The Mobile Brigade application now reflects the same accounting principle.

In applications for repairs, which are received by employees of repair teams, it will now be displayed which operations must be performed in parallel and which in series, and when issuing the "Act on the Performance of the Work Stage," it will be possible to more correctly take into account the time spent on performing parallel and sequential operations.

Mobile Brigade 3.3.1

On February 8, 2023, Desnol Soft presented an updated version of the Mobile Brigade application 3.3.1.

According to the company, one of the important characteristics of the operation of the repair object is controlled indicators, i.e. indicators, the measured values of which are important for making decisions on the operation and maintenance of equipment. Each monitored key figure has a critical maximum/minimum and a maximum/minimum. Critical maximum/minimum is the maximum/minimum allowable values of monitored indicators, upon failure of which unscheduled repairs of equipment may be required to prevent emergency failure.

Mobile Brigade 3.3.1

In the "big 1S:TOIR" when registering monitored indicators (when entering values), the user sees their color scheme:

  • red marks values that exceed the critical minimum/maximum,
  • yellow - values that are near the critical minimum/maximum,
  • green - values that are not critical within the specified boundaries.

Now the same color design has been implemented when registering monitored indicators in the Mobile Team application. This will allow the crawler to quickly navigate the current state of the equipment, and also eliminate the possibility of erroneous entry of values. For example, if, instead of the value "5," the crawler enters "50" and the indicator is highlighted in red, the specialist will immediately notice his gaffe and correct it.

And now about the change in the mobile application, which concerns users with a different role, namely, for employees of repair teams.

The repairman from [[Product:1S:_Predpriyatiye_8._TOIR_Upravleniye_remontami_i_obsluzhivaniyem_oborudovaniya|1S:TOIR BCC]] receives the application for work. Having completed the work, the user closes in the application "Repair Request" and creates a "Certificate of Completion of the Work Stage." In the act, the employee of the repair team fills in the actual material and labor costs.

The change in working with the application that appeared in the updated release refers precisely to the procedure for filling in work by a specialist: it is partially automated to fill in the name of the executor when entering data on work.

Previously, regardless of whether one specialist of the required qualification served the objects or there were several of them (specialists), the application "required" to enter the performer's full name each time when filling out the labor costs. The application's original default algorithm assumed that a "mobile crew" should work on the site, not one person.

However, in practice, it is not uncommon for a team to have just one member of staff with a specific qualification who performs all of the application operations. Or, for example, to perform maintenance of a lathe, it is the 3rd-grade locksmith and mechanic who are needed, and there is only one employee in the team who has the qualification of a 3rd-grade locksmith.

When a specialist is "one of a kind" and when working with an application at the time of accounting for labor costs, he has to enter his name again and again - this is inconvenient, especially with a large number of operations.

Now, if in the team only 1 employee has a certain qualification - for example, a 3rd-grade locksmith, then his full name will be automatically substituted into the labor lines if the performance of this repair requires the qualification of a 3rd-grade locksmith (information about qualifications is stored in the "large system," which allows it to automatically "pull up" data).

A similar mechanism will apply if only one employee performs all operations on the request: his name will also automatically appear in the work lines.

When setting up BPC 1S:TOIR exchange with the Mobile Team application, one of the necessary steps is to select the user (employee) who will work in the application. As you know, in the "large system" of the BPC 1S:TOIR, a password is set for each user to enter when it starts. It happens the same with a mobile application - to get started, you need to enter the user's data and his password.

The mechanism for storing passwords in the "Mobile Team" has been changed. Now all passwords for the mobile application are stored using a secure data store.

Adding a Data Load Indicator

On December 22, 2022, Desnol Soft announced the release of 1S:TOIR KORP 3.0.3.1. The changes also affected other elements of the ecosystem - the Mobile Brigade application and the 1C:RCM Reliability Management system. Read more here.

According to the company, the Mobile Team application works in conjunction with the KORP 1S:TOIR system and is intended for users with two roles:

  • crawlers who perform routine measures - keep records of operating time, monitored indicators, states of repair objects, as well as register detected defects;
  • repair specialists who receive repair applications through the application report on them, and also have the opportunity not only to register a defect, but also to assign its implementation to themselves.

At the same time, the application takes into account and transfers to the 1S:TOIR the labor costs of each specialist, and during the work, users have access to information about repair objects, which optimizes maintenance processes. Access to information in the application is possible not only online, but also offline.

The updated release of the mobile application is designed to work with KORP 1S:TOIR version 3.0.3.1 and higher.

The first step in working with the Mobile Team application is to download all data from the main KORP 1S:TOIR database. This is not about regularly receiving tasks for repairs or work orders for routine measures, namely, about the initial (one-time) loading of data from the main database. This is necessary so that the specialist has constant access to information on repair objects. As a rule, the reference books "Repair objects," "Repair process charts," "Nomenclature" are large (have a considerable number of elements) and therefore the initial load takes a certain time. In order for the user to freely navigate and understand how much time is left until the end of the download, as well as at what stage the data transfer process is (what exactly is being loaded at the moment), they added a download indicator that indicates which directory is being loaded and what percentage of the data has already been transferred.

It is possible to selectively upload data to the Mobile Team application. Now, if you need to supplement the application with some data, you do not need to re-load the full data, which takes a long time. The Select Data to Download command has been added to the data exchange form. In the form that opens, you can select individual directories and documents that the user needs to download from the 1S:TOIR. You can selectively load data at any time after the initial (full) download.

Initial registration is necessary in order for data from a large database of KORP 1S:TOIR to be transmitted to the "Mobile Brigade" in packets and received by a specific unit or brigade "tied" to the device. Batch data transfer optimizes the process of loading a large amount of information into the application.

Until now, when starting packet data transmission, the user (independently or through the administrator) had to manually register the initial data in the main database. This release has optimized this process - now when you click the "Download Data" button in the "Mobile Team," the initial registration starts automatically, without unnecessary actions from the user.

The presence control function in the mobile application helps the manager to make sure that the performers start the repair exactly when they are directly on the site.

The following presence control methods are available in the system to implement this function:

Due to the fact that some users use several presence control methods at once at enterprises, this list was expanded and a combined control method was added: by bar code or NFC label. This setting of the mobile application is performed in the "large system" 1S:TOIR BPCH.

"Mobile Maintenance and Repair Team 2 Corp" version 2.12.1

On May 11, 2022, Desnol Soft announced the release of the 1S:TOIR Management of Repairs and Maintenance of 2 KORP Equipment "system (2.0.43.1). With the release of this release, the Mobile Team application has been updated to version 2.12.1.

The application helps you perform several functions. With the help of the Mobile Brigade, repair specialists can accept repair applications, read information on equipment using QR codes or NFC tags, report on the work performed, and even register defects on their own. The appendix also provides for the role of a crawler who performs routine measures, reading monitored indicators from the equipment, operating time, recording its condition and, if necessary, recording defects.

The changes in the release affected the functionality of the crawler. Read more here.

2018: Solution Out

On November 8, 2018, the company Desnol Soft"" presented application the "Mobile Brigade 2 TOIR CORP," created for companies using "." 1S:TOIR 2 KORP The application works in conjunction with the system, providing two-line data exchange for the operational work of employees at sites. Desnol Soft believes that the emergence of mobile solutions for corporations opens up wide opportunities for acceleration business processes and forms modern standards of convenience and productivity.

Mobile application interface "Mobile team TOIR 2 KORP"

The "1S:TOIR 2 KORP" system is the basis of management for the operation units. It keeps records of planned and emergency repairs of all the company's equipment, the system is also effective in accounting for the repair of buildings, structures and engineering infrastructure. "1S:TOIR 2 KORP" makes the structure of all production assets "transparent, the use of the system allows you to reduce costs, increase productivity, carry out rational planning, according to Desnol Soft.

According to the developer's statement, the Mobile Team application allows you to bring to a higher level the work of operations departments in companies with a distributed structure. Using a smartphone with an installed application, workers have the ability to:

  • obtain tasks for equipment repair (what works and at which facilities it is necessary to perform);
  • determine the location of the repair object on the map;
  • find out the history of operation of the repair object by reading the barcode applied to it;
  • obtain from "1S:TOIR 2 of KORP" the reference information required for performance of works (process flow charts);
  • record the fact of performance of the work (the certificate is submitted to "1S:TOIR 2 KORP");
  • photograph the repaired object;
  • work with applications, information, documents in offline mode.

Geopositioning tools allow you to quickly find the object and confirm the presence of employees at the facilities, Desnol Soft emphasized.
