On May 21, 2018 AKBA-Credit Agricol Banc announced start of the project on digital transformation and business process reengineering of HR of divisions of bank. According to the company, during 2018-2019 it is going to carry out reengineering and process automation of employee administration, organizational management, management by objectives and efficiency evaluation of personnel, enrollment, training, management of career and succession and managements of compensations. As the partner for implementation of this project the MOLGA Consulting company was selected.
In the conditions of tough competitive environment the Bank needs to hold positions in the market that means use of modern information technologies. For May, 2018 in AKBA-Credit Agricol Banc several own information systems on personnel management function, but growth and globalization of Bank requires building of business processes and implementation of the next solutions on a single international platform.
The bank is faced by a task to build HR processes according to international standards. Priorities in HR for us are selection of skilled staff, permanent employee development and increase in level of their knowledge. System implementation on talent management will allow us to organize and provide effectively regular training, to standardize and build personel assessment processes and also to conduct selection of employees by measurable criteria. The modern world and approach of the Industry 4.0, assumes change of a role of HR and the principles of creation of the organizations. The world leaves from classical HR department, there is to model of business partners also a service - to the focused HR. The organizations pass to the models of board meaning the involvement, but not participation in hierarchy more and more. These trends will also be for us a reference point in this project. It is important to create an environment in which the talent will be noticed, estimated, instruments of development will be provided to it, and HR will be able to reach literally each manager and to help it with management.
