Federal state information systems "Federal Register of Disabled People".

Content

Users of a system are citizens, authorities of the federal and regional level, suppliers of information and also users of a system of the regional level are connected to a component of the analytical reporting (Polymatica) (for February, 2018 more than 100 users)

Suppliers of data in the register

By means of SIEI data of suppliers as of 1/1/2018, such suppliers 6 are transferred to a system:

  • FB ITU - about survey, extent of loss of health, the appointed programs of rehabilitation
  • The Social Insurance Fund - about execution of programs of rehabilitation, providing sanatorium treatment, providing technical means of rehabilitation;
  • RPF - about the appointed payments, about work, data on death;
  • Rostrud - about employment on the preferential and quota jobs;
  • Miobrnauki - about education;
  • The Ministry of Health - about delivery of health care.

2018: Use of domestic software

In functionality of the register the domestic solution Polymatica is used. For February, 2018 enters its tasks:

  • Tracking and analytics of dynamics of changes of the statuses on each group of disabled people and each certain citizen entered in the Register
  • Processing and tracking of number of disabled people with detailing on regional, age and other indicators
  • Analytics of all documents accompanying each citizen.
  • Integration of the Polymatica platform with the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system) for providing information on disabled people to external users – to the organizations of social guardianship and providing Russia comes to the end.
  • About 100 users of the Analytical Reporting component
  • Processing speed of records at creation of an OLAP cube – 20 million records/hour
  • 45 million records in an OLAP cube
  • 6 main OLAP cubes, daily updating.
