NVision the Barrier - filtering system of traffic and protection of IT systems of the client.

2018: Output to the market

On November 22, 2018 the Nvision Group company announced Barrier an output to the market of filtering system of traffic and protection of IT systems of the client. According to the company, a system was developed especially for MTS, passed test of Roskomnadzor and is included in the list of the solutions which received the positive decision of the regulator.

"Barrier", first of all, is created for telecom operators which are obliged by the law to filter Internet traffic and to limit access to the websites extending the prohibited content. A system automatically synchronizes the list of resources with the Unified register of the domain names and network addresses prohibited by Roskomnadzor, blocking transition to such websites. To Barrier it is already connected by MTS, in the test period a system is used by others telecommunication and the IT companies. In total with information security monitoring systems, such as SOC of MTS (Security Operations Center), Barrier round the clock controls security of information systems of the operator: analyzes traffic and prevents possible cyber attacks.

At the second stage of development of the project the Barrier system will become available to business clients from other industries. The solution entirely or its separate functions will be demanded at state companies and private customers whose business is connected with transfer and storage of a large number of user data – banks and insurance companies, medical and educational institutions. Corporate clients using Barrier will be able to secure own information systems against failures and confidential data from leak: a system is able to block any harmful resources – the infected with viruses or phishing pages. The attempt of transition to such resources is blocked, and the end user is redirected on special "stop page" with a danger warning.

The Barrier system is capable to solve problems of Organization of Information Security of the organization. The algorithm of filtering and ability of a system of work with the large volume of traffic allows to develop it, including, on client servers with a weak and outdated configuration of the equipment, protecting Internet networks of the enterprise from the possible external attacks. The protected information environment will become the compulsory provision for all industries of digital economy soon. With start of a 5G and development of Internet of Things traffic volumes many times will increase, business will need more and more perfect platforms of filtering. Producers of wearable gadgets, home household appliances, cars, systems of the smart house, sensors of housing and public utilities and other digital elements of our life, not to mention large enterprises – all will aim to work in the entrusted segment of the Internet and with the permitted websites.
