The principle of work of the platform can be understood, having provided online purchase of the smartphone instead of oil products. The client orders a certain model via the website of the producer. The system of the producer of gadgets processes thousands of requests of the same clients worldwide and in real time rebuilds production. Conditional "plant" adapts to the prevailing demand, increasing release of specific models of gadgets. The delivery plan of component parts and the consumption map of the electric power are automatically adjusted, under each delivery the courier is armored at once.
Influence work of production not only operational orders, but also predictive analytics. For example, several months prior to New year the neuronet does the exact forecast for sales of each model of smartphones and builds production so that in warehouses by a holiday the sufficient stock was formed.
Some programs robots make, others sell, the third direct transport, the fourth predict demand and build optimal operation modes of all business chain. All these systems work at one universal "language" that allows to synchronize their opportunities and to achieve the best result.
From different programs and digital components a peculiar platform for production and the goods delivery which guesses and realizes desires of buyers better than Father Frost or Santa Claus turns out. Creators of the platform compare it to an industrial analog of the Android operating system which works on phone, regardless of model, the size of the screen and the processor. The developer of mobile application for the smartphone does not know what specifically the camera and what producer it is installed in the user's phone. Abstract "camera" is given the universal command "make a photo", and it issues the photo also in a universal format.
Also the platform for management of continued production will work. Any developer will be able to get access to initial data and a set of fixed functions of management of technology processes. At the same time all work "level below" with the specific equipment of each plant will be performed by the platform.
The first gas station on a blockchain
Pilot projects based on the new digital platform already appeared. Gazprom Neft developed and implemented smart contracts (Aviation fuel smart contracts — AFSC) founded on a blockchain. The project will increase the speed and efficiency of settlement when refueling airplanes and also automates planning and accounting of supply of fuel.
For the world market of aviation fuel supply it is the first experience of use of technologies of the distributed registers (blockchain). Airlines had an opportunity to instantly pay fuel and services in refueling airplanes directly at its implementation without prepayment, bank guarantees and financial risks for participants of the transaction. It many times increases efficiency of financial transactions and multiply reduces labor costs.
In day of gas station the commander of the aircraft sends to the supplier of fuel through a system the specified volume of required fuel. As a result the smart contract calculates the cost of gas station and sends to the bank servicing airline, order for reservation of the necessary amount on the account. Instant confirmation from bank gives start to gas station. After rendering service of means are written off, and information on closing of the request for gas station with reporting documents is transferred to commercial service of the supplier of fuel and fuel service of airline.
Programmers will earn from the plants
The platform of production management of Gazprom Neft, by analogy with Android, is promised to be made available to all technology world. As a storage system, for example, Apache Cassandra is selected, and protocols under which "sensors" and actuators of the plants exchange data with a system, initially are open. When a system earns, it can be extended to any other industrial enterprises of Russia quickly.
