2019: Dispatcher Suite release

On January 21, 2019 it became known that Konica Minolta issued the solution Dispatcher Suite for safe management of printing, automation of workflow processes and routing of documents.

Staff of offices executes every day a set of routine transactions manually: collect data, enter them into a system, process, save and send files. Dispatcher Suite helps to automate these tasks. Two products are a part of the presented solution: Dispatcher Paragon for centralized operation by infrastructure of printing, control of security and costs and also Dispatcher Phoenix for formation of processes of document flow and automation of document handling.

Dispatcher Suite which Konica Minolta releases to the world market is a scalable solution for the companies of any size – from small enterprises to geographically distributed corporations. The software package provides centralized operation with infrastructure of printing and increases safety of its use thanks to authorization of users on the MFP and to separation of access rights. The intuitive interface increases performance of work by the MFP control panels and reduces number of errors of users.

In 2018 analysts of Keypoint Intelligence recognized a solution package of Konica Minolta "The best line of the software in the field of document management". According to results of assessment which is carried out by analysts of Buyers Lab, Konica Minolta became the best among the leading OEM suppliers in categories: digitization and workflow automation, management of documents and devices. The variety and performance of solutions are characterized as "unsurpassed". Analysts of Keypoint Intelligence noted several software products of Konica Minolta and independent producers, including the platform for Dispatcher Phoenix workflow automation.

Dispatcher Suite left on January 17, 2019 in Europe, then will be available in the USA and the Pacific Rim. This start is only an initial stage of development of the solution which will be integrated afterwards in the concept of outsourcing of printing of OPS (Optimized Print Services) and a service package of content management to create additional opportunities for clients.
