2024: Revenue reduction by 11.8% to RUB 23.96 billion
As TAdviser found out in early February 2026, Azur Air (Azur Air LLC) received a net loss of 3.9 billion rubles in 2024. For comparison, a year earlier, profit was shown at the level of 17.27 million rubles.
The carrier's revenue on an annualized basis decreased by 11.8% - from 27.17 billion rubles to 23.96 billion rubles. At the same time, the cost of sales rose by 2%, amounting to 24.51 billion rubles against 24.03 billion rubles in 2023. Commercial expenses are not reflected in the financial statements, while management expenses increased from 470.55 million rubles to 555.61 million rubles, that is, by 18.1%. Under the article "other income" there was a drop of 24.5% - from 9.2 billion rubles to 6.94 billion rubles. Other expenses decreased by 10.2% - from 11.26 billion rubles to 10.11 billion rubles.
Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services in 2024 reached 23.97 billion rubles: this is 21.9% more than in the previous year, when they amounted to 19.67 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services for the year increased by 23% - from 19.38 billion rubles to 23.84 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers rose from 4.56 billion rubles to 4.82 billion rubles (plus 5.5%).
The airline received 1.11 billion rubles in losses from sales, while a year earlier it showed profit from sales in the amount of 2.68 billion rubles. Gross loss - 552.88 million rubles. As of December 31, 2024, receivables were at the level of 19.61 billion rubles, which is 5.6% less than in 2023 (20.76 billion rubles). At the same time, accounts payable increased by 17.8% - from 23.12 billion rubles to 27.22 billion rubles. Borrowed funds increased from 400.33 million rubles to 756.68 million rubles, that is, by 89%.[1]
2023: Revenue reduction by 15% to RUB 27.12 billion
According to the results of work in 2023, Azur Air recorded revenue in the amount of 27.12 billion rubles against 31.88 billion rubles a year earlier (a drop of 15%). This is evidenced by the data of the Kontur. Focus service, which TAdviser got acquainted with in December 2024.
According to these materials, in 2023, the net profit of Azur Air LLC amounted to 17.3 million rubles, which is significantly less than the profit a year ago (934.9 million rubles). Gross profit in 2023 reached 3.15 billion rubles, while in 2022 such a loss was measured at 1.45 billion rubles. Profit from sales in 2023 turned out to be equal to 2.68 billion rubles against 1.9 billion rubles of loss from sales in 2022.
The cost of sales of Azur Air in 2023 decreased from 33.33 billion to 24.03 billion rubles. During this time, the company's management expenses increased from 450.8 million to 470.6 million rubles.
According to the Kontur. Focus service, in 2023, the airline's receivables doubled and exceeded 20 billion rubles. Accounts payable also increased - from 16.49 billion to 23.13 billion rubles.
Azur Air did not publish its 2023 operating results. The company only predicted passenger traffic at 2.3 million people, which is about 10% more than in 2022. The head of the air carrier Evgeny Korolyov noted that the route network can adapt to the needs of our tour partners, the airline is ready to consider any available international destinations.
The Azur Air website says that in 2023 the airline completed 20% more heavy forms of periodic aircraft maintenance than a year earlier. This number includes both work on its own liners and forms carried out on aircraft of third-party customer airlines. The total volume of aircraft maintenance work performed by specialists of the airline's technical department increased by 13% year-on-year.

2025: Azur Air passenger traffic reaches 2.2 million
At the end of 2025, the passenger traffic of Azur Air amounted to 2.2 million people. This was announced in February 2026 by the general director of the carrier Evgeny Korolyov. According to him, compared to 2024, there is no significant decrease in passenger traffic. Insignificant changes are associated with the launch of the flight program in Vietnam: there are more long flights, short flights - less. In 2026, the airline plans to transport at least 2 million people.[2]
