Amber successfully underwent the next recertification audit

2018: Recertification audit

On August 14-15, 2018 Company of AMBER successfully underwent the next recertification audit on compliance of a quality management system of already upgraded version of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 what became known on November 27, 2018. During audit the full compliance was set to requirements of the standard. The certificate of conformity N RU001876 is received.

As certifying authority one of and the large international certified organizations - Bureau Veritas Certification Rus company was selected.

Scope of the certificate is:

"Providing complex services in control automation and accounting at the enterprise of the customer, including consulting services, the help in the choice of the software product, its sale, personnel training, design, development, commissioning and maintenance of information systems on the basis of software products of 1C company".

For reduction to compliance to requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Company of AMBER used the methodical complex "Standard Quality System of the Franchisee" developed by 1C Company.

During recertification audit strengths of the quality management system (QMS) of Company of AMBER among which were mentioned:

• Effectiveness of SMK.
• Client focus.
• Rapid response to requests of consumers.
• Monitoring of processes of SMK.
• Full compliance of Policy in the field of quality to strategic direction of development of the company.
• Monitoring of effectiveness of actions for risk management.
• Management of competence of personnel.

As a result of quality management system implementation Company of AMBER had an opportunity to construct process of continuous improvement of a company performance in general, including quality management of the provided services.

2006: Certification audit according to requirements of ISO 9001

In 2006 the Amber company successfully underwent certification audit and annually confirms compliance of a quality management system to the international standard ISO 9001 (certificate No. 00149-2006-AQ-MCW-FINAS).

As certifying authority one of the most authoritative and large international certified organizations - Det Norske Veritas (DNV) company was selected.
