In LGPU of Semenova-Tyan-Shanskogo the electronic document management system Case is implemented

On December 3, 2018 EOS reported that it of FSBEI IN "The Lipetsk state pedagogical university of a name of Items of Semenova-Tyan-Shanskogo" implemented an electronic document management system "CASE".

In 2018 the management of the university made the decision on increase in efficiency of management processes by office-work automation. The IS-Service company (the regional partner of EOS Group) was faced by a task – to implement an electronic document management system which will allow at the university:

• create a common information space for registration, processing, the analysis and document storage;
• reduce terms of consideration of documents;
• increase quality of problem solving and the responsibility for their execution;
• strengthen control of execution of different types of instructions at all levels of management;
• optimize flows of document information in a paper and electronic form between structural divisions;
• create premises for the organization of electronic document management of the university with federal, regional and municipal authorities.

For the solution of assigned tasks EDMS "DELO" was recognized an optimal system.

Implementation of EDMS "DELO" at the university is complete on November 1, 2018. Within the project the IS-Service company to an electronic document management system of university connects and trains 60 users (administration, institutes and the main structural divisions, including territorially remote), the option "Scanning" and a subsystem Process management is set. In further development plans for EDMS – increase in number of users and transition to paperless document flow.
