Diasoft Protection of SWIFT messages

2018: Product output "Protection of SWIFT messages"

On December 4, 2018 Diasoft announced product output for protection of SWIFT messages with LAU technology.

The Protection of SWIFT Messages software product will help clients of Diasoft to fulfill mandatory requirements of the international interbank system to increase in level of information security using the recommended technology of protection Local Authentication (LAU).

In February, 2016 there was cracking of the central bank of Bangladesh, from its accounts the large amount of money was stolen, it entailed similar incidents in other banks. In response to these threats the international interbank payment system and data exchange of SWIFT undertakes the most strict measures for data protection and enacts the Customer Security Program (CSP) program. Its purpose – increasing the level of security of data at their exchange between bank and SWIFT terminals.

In the aspiration to help clients to fulfill the requirements of CSP the Diasoft company developed the Protection of SWIFT Messages software product.

The solution is constructed based on technology of protection Local Authentication (LAU) and provides safe besfaylovy message exchange between systems Flextera, Diasoft FA Beans and the SWIFT terminal. The LAU technology allows to check signatures of incoming messages of SWIFT and to sign proceeding before sending to the terminal. The functionality of the solution provides authentication of messages due to use of the modern algorithms guaranteeing that transmitted data were not changed by strangers.
