Tele2 implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM for management of relationship with corporate clients

On December 5, 2018 Tele2, announced implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for management of relationship with corporate clients. The solution allowed to optimize and automate business processes of the company. As a result time of connection of clients was reduced more than twice.

In the conditions of rapid growth of business of Tele2 needed a versatile tool for management and forecasting of corporate sales. The solution had to be synchronized quickly with external databases about clients and provide timely obtaining information. In addition, it was important to operator to establish productive cooperation of the employees responsible for work with business subscribers. For the solution of these tasks Tele2 selected Microsoft the Dynamics system CRM.

The solution helped the operator to accelerate carrying out standard transactions and, as a result, to increase quality of service for business subscribers. The CRM interface provides access to the complete information about the partner therefore the term of a design of corporate clients was cut by half. The Dynamics CRM system is integrated with website Tele2 that is convenient for development of sales in digital-channels.

Dynamics CRM allows Tele2 to manage the system of sales effectively. The solution integrates receipt of requests from different sources, a design of clients and the reporting in the general interface. In addition, the company can trace all stages of "funnel" of sales – to set the purposes by quantity of calls and to control their accomplishment.

The Dynamics solution of CRM allows us to work with corporate clients in the mode of "one window", to accelerate execution of documentation and as a result to improve service quality. The functionality includes an opportunity to quickly prepare the reporting on work of certain specialists and activity of the whole division by the region, the macroregion or the whole country. Thanks to the flexible interface the staff of sales department sees zones for development. The heads responsible for business in the region can estimate work of subordinates and correct their activity. A system also integrates general information across Russia on the basis of which top managers improve the development strategy in a business segment. Thus, the solution of Microsoft is the effective tool of the analysis helping Tele2 to accept right operating rooms and management decisions.
