Maria Chinkova in 1990 graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute majoring in Radio engineer. In 2006 received degree of MVA for heads in Evromenedzhment in ANH at the Government of the Russian Federation.
Before arrival to TransTeleCom Company Maria Chinkova worked in the state and business companies. More than 15 years held different positions in JSC MTS, having started a career in this company in 1995. In 2006 held a position of the deputy CEO of the created business unit "MTS Russia", in 2008 MTS Russia was appointed by the commercial director on work with the business market.
Maria Chinkova was responsible for business development of a TTK in the territory of the Moscow, Smolensk, Kaluga, Kursk, Ryazan, Tula, Bryansk and Oryol regions. Among the main objectives facing Maria Chinkova – development and promotion of services and additional services for end users and also expansion of geography of provision of services of broadband Internet access in an area of responsibility of TransTeleCom Center.
After transition of the company to a filial management structure Maria headed the integrated macroregion "Center and the Southeast".
Since May, 2015 is a development director of corporate business of Tele2.
