On December 6, 2018 the kompniya of LWCOM reported that it implemented full-function contact center at head office of Tavrichesky Bank.
According to the company, for the purpose of improvement of quality of customer service and increase in business performance the bank started the project of upgrade of a corporate telephone network, having selected for carrying out these works of LWCOM system integrator.
Specialists of LWCOM created design of future solution: defined the necessary equipment, performed its installation and tuning. The communication center for joint work of Cisco Business Edition 6000 placed on two servers that provided its fault tolerance became a basis of the solution. Also within the project about 300 Cisco telephone sets were delivered.
The implemented solution was provided by functioning of such services as a voice communication, short dialing, the uniform reference book by subscribers, a simple management system and administrations. Engineers of LWCOM together with IT- specialists of bank executed integration of Cisco BE 6000 with Microsoft AD, the portal and 1C ZUP bank, constructed the full-function contact center supporting voice, video - and Internet- addresses. The scheme of connection under the protocol SIP to several to providers communication and Call center was implemented that allowed to cut down expenses on telephony on 60% for December, 2018. Further the bank plans expansion of corporate network IP telephony for all branches and offices of bank, using own VPN- channels.
