In Kapital integration and software configuration XBRL Factory is made

On December 7, 2018 Sintegro consulting reported that in UK "Kapital" integration and a software setup – XBRL Factory, intended for formation and delivery of accounting and supervising records in the XBRL format was made.

Need of project implementation was caused by changes in the legislation according to which management companies among others NPFI (non-profit financial institutions) since January 1, 2018 are obliged to provide the reporting in the Bank of Russia in the electronic XBRL format. Use of this format significantly reduces finance costs of NFO by own staff of programmers and accountants. At the same time, it is a little companies which are engaged in integration of software necessary for transition to this format, at the market.

Sintegro consulting implemented the project based on own software product "XBRL Factory" developed especially for automation in NFO of processes of drawing up and sending to the Bank of Russia of packets of accounting and supervising records in the XBRL format according to the taxonomy of XBRL approved by the Bank of Russia.

Within the project integration of software of the developer with the system of a back office of the customer for automatic filling of a part of supervising reports was carried out. As a result data from two systems and from files of Excel are loaded into XBRL Factory. Further the consolidated packet undergoes testing by the controller and validation before sending to the Central Bank. And, since 2018, the company already independently monthly hands over the reporting in the XBRL format.
