On December 10, 2018 Rostelecom announced software implementation - a working space for sales managers. Now each client receives the personal offer with the cost and the list of services right after the conversation with the manager. The staff of the company already uses the given opportunities. The product "Oktaplan" from Primavera company is the cornerstone of the solution.
Interactive scenarios of negotiations help employees to propose the solution necessary to the client. Right after the conversation the personalized commercial offer is generated. As a result less than in 1 minute the client receives the presentation with individually calculated uniform check for all services.
