On December 19, 2018 the BARS GROUP company reported that it together with Softline company in Kyrgyzstan began work on creation of a system of national registers. It is planned that the solution in the long term will become a basis for creation of a centralized system of health care in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the company, a system will consist of two registers - the organizations of health care and the medical personnel. In the first account of passport data of the organization, information on structural divisions with indication of profiles (out-patient, stationary, laboratory and diagnostic, etc.) and also data on a territorial location will be kept.
The register of medics aggregates key data on education, specialization, existence of professional certificates and/or categories, a post, a scientific rank, access rights to services of electronic health care of the health worker. Data not only the practicing specialists, but also students studying at last years of the university will be entered there. It will allow to monitor personnel potential in the field of health care of Kyrgyzstan.
