Tomsk Shipping company (1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS)

In May, 2018 the ITOB (AYTOB) company implemented own solution 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS in the Tomsk Shipping company.

Project Tasks

• Operating control of work of the fleet
• Determination of location, passing of control points of routes,
• Control of fuel consumption,
• Motion speed, use of the equipment installed in courts.

Project Progress

In six months specialists of "AYTOB" installed and configured a system in five workplaces. 15 vessels of the enterprise were equipped telematic with equipment sets – trackers GLONASS/GPS, to sensors of control of operation of engines, fuel level sensors, flowmeters, iskrozashchita blocks, etc. The equipment was tested and received the Certificate of conformity to requirements of Rules Rossiyskogorechny Register.

Project Results

Operating control of work of each unit of the fleet is organized. On the electronic card of the manager such indicators as location of courts, speed and the direction of the movement, onboard tension, turnovers of a rowing shaft, the left and right engines are in real time displayed. There is an opportunity to display planned routes and to compare them with actual. It allows to control ship traffic and to quickly fix any violations and deviations from the planned routes.

Control of fuel consumption is strengthened. On each motor ship it is possible to create the detailed report on fuel consumption, spent for operation of separate mechanisms and units: main engine, diesel generator, boiler. Also in the report fuel level in the main and account tank taking into account time of refueling the vessel with fuel (bunkering), an expense and drainings is displayed. Losses because of unreasonable fuel consumption are as a result reduced, the probability of any frauds with fuel and lubricants is excluded.

Exact data on the actual fuel consumption, run, other indicators of work of the courts and the mechanisms installed on them help the enterprise to estimate cost value of transportations by river transport more precisely. It allows to control quickly profitability of transportations of passengers and loads.
