Biography
Pavel was born on September 14, 1959 in Moscow.
In 1984 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation with a degree in Electronic Computing Machines.
Candidate of Technical Sciences.
In 1986 he entered the post of engineer at the Main Computing Center of the USSR Gossnab.
One of the founders and co-owners of Optima Group of Companies. Since 1991, he worked at Optima as the head of the production department.
In 1992, he was appointed commercial director of the company.
1997: CEO of Optima
From 1997 to 2004, he worked as CEO of Optima.
In 2004, Pavel Kiselev was elected Chairman of the Board of OJSC Optima.
In 2005, he became chairman of the coordinating council of the group of companies.
In 2006, he became vice president of the group.
2013: General Director of Optima Group of Companies
In September 2013 , Optima Group announced the appointment of Pavel Kiselev as General Director.
In 2013, Kiselev replaced Alexander Oganyan, who had been working since 2009, as general director of Optima Group of Companies. During the managerial changes, the latter headed the group's strategy committee.
According to the president and founder of the company Valery Shandalov, diversification of management resources was undertaken in order to separate work on the strategy and operating activities: Alexander Ohanyan will be engaged in the implementation and development of strategically important projects, and Pavel Kiselev will take over all operational management of the group. According to Shandalov, this should increase the efficiency of business processes and give a new impetus to the development of the company.
As of March 12, 2018, Pavel Leonidovich Kiselev works as general director - chairman of the board of Optima Group of Companies.
