Chips have cylindrical to a forum, length about 4 mm and diameter 1.5 mm. Will sew chips in a hand to volunteers on whom medical tests will be carried out.[1]

Konstantin Belyakov reported that these chips should be received in February, 2019, and after their testing it will be possible to implant to everyone in Tomsk — such much.

According to Belyakov, for functioning of chips it is necessary to create infrastructure for what the TGU campus project was originally created. On the project of people with the special chip without set of additional keys, cards and admissions will be able freely to move across the university territory where there are tourniquets and doors.

TGU develops the project of the universal identifier which is implemented in the form of the electronic charm combining the admission to academic buildings, hostels and other objects of TGU, the student's record book and the library card used in library and the bank card. In the long term the charm can be replaced with the electronic implanted chip, reported in university.
