JSC ER-Telecom Holding will purchase 4.9%

JSC ER-Telecom Holding will purchase 4.9% of software supplier and the equipment for creation of automated control systems for The Information Retail Integrated Systems (IRIS) LLC enterprise. Perm Financial and Industrial Group LLC belonging for 7% to the Acting CEO of ER-Telecom Andrey Kuzyaev already participates in the capital of the enterprise for 7.35%. Thus, the cumulative share of ownership of the structures connected with ER-Telecom will make 12.25%.

The redemption of 4.9% of authorized capital of IRIS from Igor Fomin approved Board of Directors of ER-Telecom. Information on the transaction is posted in January, 2020 on the website of disclosure of information of Interfax. The press service of ER-Telecom of a detail of the transaction does not comment.

Two perpetual licenses of FSTEC of the Russian Federation on technical protection and development of means of protecting of confidential information

On the basis of the order of Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia of IRIS company two perpetual licenses are provided. Representatives announced IRIS this TAdviser on April 25, 2019.

License No. 1873 of 3/29/2019 extends to activities for development and production of means of protecting of confidential information:

• development of means of protecting of confidential information: program (program and technical) information security tools; the protected software (program and technical) tools of information processing; program (program and technical) control facilities of security of information;
• production of means of protecting of confidential information: program (program and technical) information security tools; the protected software (program and technical) tools of information processing; program (program and technical) control facilities of security of information.

License No. 3583 of 3/29/2019 extends to activities for technical confidential information protection:

• control of security of confidential information from unauthorized access and its modification in means and the systems of informatization;
• installation, installation, adjustment, tests, repair of information security tools (program (program and technical) information security tools; the protected software (program and technical) tools of information processing; program (program and technical) control facilities of efficiency of data protection).

Registration certificate of electrolaboratory

On March 27, 2019 IRIS company announced obtaining the registration certificate of electrolaboratory which is intended for the carrying out tests of electric equipment, electric units and means of protecting applied to work in electric units. The received certificate confirms quality of measurements and tests and also safety of their carrying out.

The list of the permitted tests and measurements:

• check of compliance of the mounted electric unit to requirements of the specifications and technical documentation (visual inspection),
• measurement of resistance of grounding devices,
• measurement of insulation resistance of electric devices, secondary chains and electrical wiring up to 1 kV,
• check of a chain a phase zero in electric units up to 1 kV with the TN system,
• testing (check) of the devices of protective shutdown (DPS),
• check of operation of releasers of time cut-outs,
• check of a chain between grounding conductors and the grounded elements; verification of presence of a chain between the grounded installations and elements of the grounded installation,
• measurement of an illumination level and other lighting parameters.

Validity period of the received certificate — 3 years.

The license of Emercom of Russia for the activity integrated to fire works

IRIS company announced on January 16, 2019 obtaining the license of Emercom of Russia which confirms the right of the company to perform the activity integrated to fire works or fire safety of objects.

In general the license covers the following work types:

• Installation, maintenance and repair of fire extinguishing systems and their elements, including scheduling and carrying out commissioning.
• Installation, maintenance and repair of systems fire and the security fire warning and their elements, including scheduling and carrying out commissioning.
• Installation, maintenance and repair of the systems of fire-water supply and their elements, including scheduling and carrying out commissioning.
• Installation, maintenance and repair of automatic systems (elements of automatic systems) of antismoke ventilation, including scheduling and carrying out commissioning.
• Installation, maintenance and repair of warning systems and evacuations at the fire and their elements, including scheduling and carrying out commissioning.
• Installation, maintenance and repair of the photoluminescent evacuation systems and their elements.
