SPb-Giproshakht completed a pilot project on Pilot-ICE Enterprise design management system implementation

On January 10, 2019 the company of SPb-Giproshakht reported that it completed a pilot project on implementation of a corporate system of design management of Pilot-ICE Enterprise from "ASCON Northwest Project management". Following the results the enterprise made the decision on start of Pilot-ICE Enterprise in commercial operation.

According to the company, for accomplishment of the increasing project scope, support and improvement of processes of interaction of divisions, security of storage of design data and productive control of works in 2017 in SPb-Giproshakht search of the effective tool for the organization of collective work was begun. The solution had to replace an outdated electronic document management system. The Pilot-ICE Enterprise system confirmed compliance to all to the stated requirements of the enterprise.

Before start of a pilot project specialists of ASCON carried out the analysis of the main business processes of SPb-Giproshakht. On its basis schemes of joint work of divisions in a system, settings of a configuration and access rights, including deleted — were developed for customers of the enterprise.

During trial operation of a system the staff of SPb-Giproshakht executed a full stroke of development of the project and work documentation on real projects. Implementation of Pilot-ICE Enterprise provided a unified environment for development of documentation, exchange of works orders, approval of documentation and its archiving.

The Pilot-ICE system implementation team from "Project management" showed to ASCON Northwest the high professional grade, flexibility in the solution of the arising questions, aiming at result.
