Rostec will be engaged in service maintenance of IT infrastructure of Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation

On January 11, 2018 the Rostec company reported that it signed the public contract on rendering services in maintenance and maintenance of the equipment and the system software of the IT park of Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation. According to the company, on service more than 9600 units of server and telecommunication equipment and also storage systems located on more than 2000 platforms will be taken.

The contract is expected 18 months, the total cost of works will be 779.94 million rubles. The project opens the next activity of state corporation – post-warranty service of IT infrastructure of federal executive authorities. The contractor of the contract appoints National Center of Informatization (NCI) company. Within the contract the structure of Rostec will support work of the main computing, telecommunication and portal systems of Federal Treasury located in all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and also will provide maintenance of the equipment of the federal and reserve centers of computing data (DPC) and DPC of Gosznak.

Development of IT infrastructure of federal executive authorities - for January, 2019 one of priority activities of state corporation. The Federal Treasury for January, 2019 locates one of the most difficult and large-scale IT infrastructures among federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation. Implementing the project, our experts will analyze capacity requirements and other features of work of automated systems to consider them when developing the Russian software solutions and the equipment fully meeting the requirements of government institutions.
