Beeline implements paperless agreement signature of communication services in own and partner shops

On January 17, 2019 the VimpelCom company (a brand Beeline) announced start in the pilot mode of process of signing of the contracts on communication services in a paperless type. The signature is appended on the screen of the smartphone, the tablet or the acquiring terminal.
Use in shops of the mechanism of paperless signing of the contract accelerates process of service and simplifies to clients storage of the document. The agreement signed with the help of the electronic device is always available to the subscriber in a personal account during all usage time of services of the operator. If necessary the client at any time can print the copy of the agreement from a personal account.
The pilot is started at the end of December, 2018 in ten own and five partner shops located in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Khabarovsk. For January, 2019 more than one thousand clients already used this method of signing of the contract. In 2019 Beeline is going to start this process in all the shops.
Subscribers Beeline can use at the choice a paperless method of signing of the contract on communication services. After standard identification of the client and filling of the document the client is given an opportunity to undersign on the screen of the electronic device. After that the signature is automatically transferred to the electronic agreement which is stored in information systems of PJSC VimpelCom. At the request of the client after signing the paper copy of the document can be provided to him.

Paperless process of agreement signature became the next step on formation in Beeline shops of a digital ecosystem. Earlier for the staff of shops mobile application of MyBeeStore which provides fast consultation of clients and creates for them the personal offer was started. In Moscow the system of effective formation of the diagram of employees considering the periods of increase in traffic in salons is tested. Also in salons big touch screens for obtaining information on goods, comparison of their characteristics and purchase are installed.
