On January 22, 2019 the Technologies of the Future company reported that it implemented a management system for queue of NEURONIQ in Expocentre.

According to the company, for the order of promotion and economic services, execution of admissions and approval of building of stands participants of exhibitions need to address in a service bureau of exhibition complex therefore the number of visitors in this division, especially in the run-up to the popular exhibitions, can reach considerable values and requires effective distribution by the servicing specialists. For the purpose of flow control of clients in a service bureau the management system for queue of NEURONIQ which not only will organize visitors directly in the place of receiving services was installed, but also supports a possibility of prerecording on service that allows to reduce waiting time of acceptance by the specialist as much as possible.

The NEURONIQ system allows the management of division to control far off work of employees using the module of monitoring which in real time displays a queue status on each service and parameters of service in each workplace. Evident information representation on the screen with selection of critical indicators of business process provides rapid response to possible non-staff situations for fast solution.

Automated management of a flow of visitors increases efficiency of a service bureau of TsVK "Expocentre" and provides the necessary quality level of rendering services conforming to current trends and the international standards of service.
