Rostec will deliver the AORL-1AS radar in the Chelyabinsk airport "Balandino"

The Ruselectronics holding will deliver to State Corporation Rostec the upgraded AORL-1AS radar in the Chelyabinsk airport "Balandino". Delivery will be executed no later than September, 2019 and is a part of the project of reconstruction of the air harbor. On January 25, 2019 reported about it in State Corporation Rostec.

The radar developed by JSC ChRZ Polet is equipped with the parabolic antenna. Distinctive feature of the device - an opportunity for work on two channels: primary, for detection of the aircraft, and secondary, for more information the airplane (the board number, flight altitude, fuel reserve). At the expense of it the locator is more cost-efficient and reliable, noted in State Corporation Rostec.

In the equipment of the radar the system of remote control and control providing information on a radar condition of equipment on the remote terminal in a command dispatcher station or the notebook that allows to control all parameters of the radar is applied and to manage it remotely.
