On January 28, 2019 the Tornado Modular Systems company announced delivery to CHPP-1 of the city of Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia) of components of the Tornado-N software and hardware complex. According to information for January, 2019 the crew for execution of works on installation and a commissioning of the equipment on the PR-30-90 steam turbine is directed to combined heat and power plant. The complex is intended for automated management of technology processes of a turbine unit. Design of the TG-6 PCS field level is executed by the Siberian power project and engineering center of SIBVNIPI institute.

The large-scale project on reconstruction of a turbine unit began in 2016, test start of the supplied equipment is planned for March, 2019.

In total within the project of reconstruction TG-6 in December, 2018 and in January, 2019 7 cabinets of assemblies of ZRA, 4 cabinets of PTK, 1 cabinet of emergency shutdown of the turbine and 1 abnormal control panel, 3 automated workplaces and other equipment were sent.

The central part of the PCS is the Tornado-N software and hardware complex (SHC) which includes the programmable automation equipment and other computer aids intended for automation of technology process of development of electrical energy. For ensuring visualization of key parameters of course of technology process on the computers which are not a part of PTK PCS (the automated workplace of remote users) the ESCADA software package of production of Tornado Modular Systems LLC is used.

System architecture allows to make "hot" replacement of any PTK components (modules of input-output, processor devices, an automated workplace, power sources, the communication equipment). Mean time between failures of the processor devices and modules of the distributed input-output which are a part of PTK makes not less than 150000 hours for systems using reservation.
