2022: Processing 20,000 candidates

More than 20 thousand candidates for the posts of cashiers-controllers and employees of locomotive crews of the CPPK tested the virtual recruiter in action. This was announced by CPPK on April 21, 2022.

For a month, Vera processes up to 3 thousand calls from candidates for vacancies at the CPPK - as of April 2022, more than 9 thousand people work in the company, so the need for personnel is high. The HR operator will need more than two months to respond to the same volume of requests.

Robot Vera receives calls around the clock, seven days a week, and is able to process many times more calls than a human operator. She can answer several calls at the same time, and applicants will not have to wait long for an answer.

Recruitment specialists constantly analyze the effectiveness of dialogues and update scripts so that his communication with candidates is as informative as possible, "said Yevgeny Shestukhin, head of the personnel management department of the CPPK.

The virtual recruiter immediately enters into a dialogue with the applicant, who calls the number indicated in the vacancy. Vera conducts interviews, clarifying education, work experience, the desired position of the candidate. After that, the HR specialist contacts the most successful candidates for further employment actions or answers to questions of interest.

2019

On January 29, 2019, the Central Passenger Suburban Company (CPPK) announced that it was using the Vera robot to process applications from applicants. Since October 2018, when the application of the solution began in test mode, 3.5 thousand people talked with the virtual assistant, cite data in the CPPK.

The robot answers incoming calls and asks clarifying questions compiled taking into account the specifics of the company's work. Separate algorithms have been developed for future cashiers of ticket, cashier-controllers, drivers and assistant drivers and applicants for other vacancies of the CPPK.

The assistant helps to identify candidates that meet the requirements of a particular vacancy. Employees of the company connect to work with applicants at the first stage, if, for example, the call failed, or in an interview it is important to get answers to special questions regarding the applicant's experience (drivers and assistant drivers).

On average, one dialogue with the applicant lasts about 3 minutes and covers 7-10 issues. During this time, the robot "understands" whether a person meets the primary requirements of the vacancy. If yes, the system assigns an interview date "(photo - central-ppk.ru)"

Virtual Assistant receives calls in 24/7 mode. Thanks to this mode of operation and the use of scripts, the Vera robot processes twice as many cases in one month as an employee of the company's personnel management department, according to the CPPK.

The company told TAdviser that testing is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2019 for further analysis of the results. The decision on the industrial implementation will be made taking into account the results of work in the test mode.

The CPPK also clarified to TAdviser that the Vera robot does not replace employees, but helps them use working time more effectively to communicate with candidates and discuss issues that require increased attention. For example, these are specific issues related to the experience of drivers and assistant drivers. There is no question of the prospect of reducing personnel in personnel services.
