Softline constructed DPC at new office of Ameriabank

2018: Construction of data center

On February 1, 2019 the company Softline company announced TAdviser that in September, 2018 the company completed the construction of data center in the building of Ameriabank new at that time.

Creation of DPC was dictated by need to answer the calls caused by transformation of banking business: at this stage Big Data and technologies for their storage, processing and use begin to play a key role in business objectives. Understanding it, managers of Ameriabank in 2017 made the decision on significant gain of an IT component. The DPC had to not only support functioning of the computing equipment, but also correspond to the level of reliability Tier III which is defined by methodology of the international organization of Uptime Institute.

Experts of a command of Softline could fulfill all requirements of the customer and create reliable and technological DPC which ensures steady functioning of services of bank, said in the company.

Experience of construction of DPC in the territory of Armenia became for Softline the first. For successful project implementation we constructed effective management processes and communications between commands of the different countries. From the technical point of view — it was important to consider requirements of the customer to functionality, reliability and climatic features of the region, unusual for the Moscow command.
