VTB looks for the contractor for creation the intranet portal for 96 million rubles

On January 28, 2019 it became known that the VTB Bank decided to get the intranet portal, having selected for it 96.3 million rubles. This amount is stated as the starting maximum price of the agreement in the tender for implementation of the project started by the organization. Requests from applicants will be accepted till February 4, 2019. Summing up is planned for March 1, 2019, reported in CNews.

As it is possible conclude from the technical project of the project posted on the website of state procurements, the resource has to will be to integrate the internal portals of VTB and VTB24 banks which are earlier created and operated by the customer — with implementation of additional functionality and processing of the existing options.

The resource is going to start based on the existing IT infrastructure of file service unrolled in DPC of VTB, and a common information space on the platform for creation of the Microsoft SharePoint 2016 portals using service of data storage Microsoft OneDrive for Business. It is noted that in IT infrastructure of bank the access control system from mobile devices based on the solution of the American company MobileIron is unrolled and customized.

On a question of CNews why integration the intranet portals of the structures which integrated a year ago takes place in 2019, in the press service of VTB specified that creation of an internal resource is multi-stage, and in 2017-2018 large-scale preproject work was already carried out. As representatives of VTB noted, during it technical requirements from all divisions of the united bank, audit earlier acting in VTB and ex-VTB 24 of portal solutions, examination of all platforms existing in the market for creation the intranet portal were collected, the architectural concept and points of integration with the other operating information systems of bank are defined, the technical and project documentation of the project is prepared.

Follows from the project documentation that using created the intranet portal of VTB expects to create for the employees a unified environment and point of entry for information search, joint work and access to instruments of internal communication — mail and the system of the integrated communications.

In addition in VTB intend to expand information support of business divisions of bank and to raise employee performance due to providing uniform access to information sections and services to them and also due to integration of the services of self-service provided by the systems of VTB, external in relation to the portal.

The homepage of the created resource should integrate a personal account of the employee, the phonebook, the search system, the chat-bot of service of personnel and also navigation on communities of VTB, information sections, divisions and branches.
