Compatibility with Red OS

On June 14, 2019 the RED SOFT company reported that together with Adastra held successful testing for compatibility of the executive module SCADA TRACE MODE for Linux (production Adastra) from the domestic operating room sistemoyred OS (production of RED SOFT).

For testing Lin of MPB TRACE MODE 6.10.2 and the 64-bit operating system RED OS version installed as directly on the PC, and on to the virtual machine VMWare as a part of VMware Workstation 14 Player was used. Were tested on exchange data on a serial port and network with a number of controllers, correctness of operation of the graphical interface, including volume graphics, trends and some other functions. All tests showed positive results.

Since the following release, the RED OS operating system will be recommended for use with SCADA TRACE MODE for Linux.

SCADA Trace Mode 6

According to information for January, 2019 SCADA Trace Mode 6 consists of an instrumental system — integrated development environment — and of a set of executive modules. An instrumental system is used in a workplace of the ACS developer. In it the file set which is called the TRACE MODE project is created.

Using the executive modules Trace Mode the ACS project is started on execution in real time. SCADA Trace Mode allows to create the project for several executive modules at once — project nodes. To each node of the project there corresponds one installation of the executive module.

Using the integrated instrumental SCADA Trace Mode system it is possible:

be connected to more than to 2586 PLCs, counters and devices via free drivers or OPC; develop the high-quality graphical operator interface (SCADA/HMI) including with web access; create base a recording system of history of process in own industrial DBMS; write management programs in 5 languages of IEC standard 6-1131/3, according to schedules, statistical data, or using recipes; customize the security system of SCADA conforming to modern requirements; program the industrial controller (Softlogic) in 5 languages of IEC standard 6-1131/3; create a management system for disturbing and precautionary messages; generate qualitative reports, by means of own generator; create an APCS in different architecture: distributed (RSU), client-server or web focused; develop the reliable systems in the conditions of poor communication (telemechanics); it is easy to create the redundant systems; use debugging tools and remote diagnostics of an ACS.

• management systems for fixed assets and maintenance of the equipment (EAM);
• production management systems (MES).
