2019: Solution description

On February 6, 2019 the SAP company reported that SAP Enable Now will become a single platform for the intellectual enterprise and will be used for joint development of educational content, training and user support of IT applications. Help and educational content from SAP will be available during the first quarter 2019 to such components of the intellectual enterprise as SAP Ariba solutions, SAP Concur solutions, SAP Sales Cloud (SAP Hybris Sales Cloud), until the end of 2019 the list will be replenished still with a number of solutions.

As noted in SAP, content can be modified independently depending on the purposes and tasks, earlier such opportunities only users of SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors located. SAP Enable Now helps the companies to use effectively SAP solutions and to quickly implement changes in the existing business processes. The complex platform integrates the intuitive user interface, ample opportunities for training and support of performance of users.

According to the developer, using SAP Enable Now, it is possible to modify standard help content of SAP in several ways:

• Adapt the existing context helps, step-by-step tutorials and the training programs
• To independently prepare training materials depending on specifics of business

Add new formats of training – simulators, tests, etc.

SAP Enable Now allows to create the personified content at the expense of enhanced capabilities of transfer, editing and content management.

According to the statement of the developer, SAP Enable Now includes techniques of role training – the user receives materials which are directly connected with his business role.
