Handysoft provided the Government of the Novgorod region with tools of operational analytics

On February 7, 2019 Handysoft reported that for optimization of work and increase in management efficiency the leadership of the Novgorod region uses the subsystem of the analytical reporting implemented by Handysoft company in course of execution of the public contract "Works on creation of the regional centralized information system of accounting and personnel records of the Government of the Novgorod region, executive authorities of the Novgorod region and organizations subordinated to them the basis of a subsystem was formed by solutions: "Mode: Analytical portal" and "Mode: Management of the corporate data warehouse (ETL)". The analytical portal became a part of the regional centralized information system of accounting and personnel records designed to increase efficiency of activity of authorities of the Novgorod region.

The analytical subsystem visualizes data from different sources, reveals trends and dependences, builds forecasts – all this helps to create the broad objective picture of processes in the region. In particular, one of data sets serves for tracking of indicators of performance of May Decrees on health care, education, demography, the urban environment, digitalization of economy and many other. Besides, heads of the region in a foreground mode receive reports about a criminal situation, reports on business activities and expenditure of budgetary funds, control financial performance of the region. Access to analytical tools is provided via the web interface that gives the chance to heads of different level round the clock to work with the portal in any place and from any device having Internet access. The functionality of a system allows to group data on different cuts and to quickly create and unload reports in a convenient format.

The analytical portal became an important step in work on increase in efficiency of regional government. Since the beginning of 2018 optimization of structure of authorities of the Novgorod region began, for February, 2019 centralization of functions and powers is carried out, terms of adoption of the normative-right acts are reduced. All this became a part of process on upgrade of a system of acceptance of management decisions.
